Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. The cutoff time for processing orders each day is 5 PM Eastern Time. We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order.
During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
If your order has a tracking number assigned, it means your order has been processed and is now in transit.
If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Transit Time:

Transit Time: 1-7 business days. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address. To ensure a great shopping experience, all orders use standard shipping.
Therefore, you may receive your package within 2-18 days. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

Loss and Damages:

If you have not received your package after the maximum shipping time, please contact us at contact@eastacc.com, and we will assist with a replacement.
Please take a photo of the damaged package as evidence and refuse to accept it. Send the photo to our customer service at contact@eastacc.com, and we will arrange for a replacement.
