What shipping methods are available?
Shipping Methods: We use standard delivery services within the USA, with a shipping fee of $3.50 per order. However, each order can only have one shipping address.
How long will it take to get my package?
Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
Transit Time: The estimated delivery time for orders within the USA is 1-7 business days. However, during peak periods (such as holidays), packages may be delayed. Therefore, you may receive your package within 2-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the USA and do not provide international shipping services.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment Methods: We currently accept PayPal as the only payment method. When you use PayPal to make a payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete your payment by entering your PayPal account and password.
Is buying online safe?

Can I cancel my order?
Order Cancellation: If your order has already been shipped, we will recall the package and charge a 10% management fee of the total order amount. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge.
Can I switch my order?
Order Modification: You cannot modify your order directly; you can only cancel the order and place a new one.
Can I return or refund my order?
Returns and Refunds: Customers can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. We only accept returns of items that are new and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and no additional fees will be charged.
What is the policy’s time frame?
Policy Time Frame: The return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no refunds will be processed.
I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do?
Package Not Received: If the order status shows complete but you have not received your package, first check around your location for possible placement in another spot. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer support team. If the package is lost due to the courier’s fault, we will provide compensation within 3 business days after verification to ensure your financial security.
Any additional taxes or fees?
Taxes and Fees: We do not collect tax on any orders.
